How do I add/invite a user to my projects?

Login to your web portal account, and then create a project. Once the project is created, you can add users to manage the project by going to Users -> Add User.

Can I add all my organization members into my web portal account, so that I can add any or all the members to my projects whenever I want?

Yes, you can add all of your organization members into your web portal account by going to Settings -> People View -> Add User. Please note that the users added into your web portal account will be able to view/access your projects only if they are explicitly added into the projects.

Why can't the newly added users see my projects, although they are able to login to my web portal account?

You only added the user into your web portal account and not into the projects. For the users to view and access your projects, please add them into the individual projects by going to Users -> Add Users (refer Question 1).

I added two users into my web portal account, but I only see one of them. Why?

All of the user login credentials are maintained in Accounts i.e., https://accounts.bmgtechnology.com/. The users whom you add into your Project Management account can either be:

Type 1 - Already have an account in some BMG Technology services (or)
Type 2 - Doesn't have an account in any BMG Technology services

When you add Type 1 users, they will be listed in your Project Management Users list right after adding them. These users will also be able to login and access your Project Management account using their existing login credentials.

When you add Type 2 users, they will not be listed in your Project Management Users list until they create their accounts using the Registration URL sent to them via a Registration email. This Registration email will be sent to right after you add them into your Project Management account.

My projects' users appear online even when they are not online. Why?

Project Management is one of the Single Sign-On(SSO) enabled BMG Technology services. All of the users login credentials, authentication, online status, etc., are maintained in BMG Technology Accounts. Since, the user information is stored centrally in BMG Technology Accounts, users accessing any of the SSO enabled services like Writer, Sheet, Mail, Business, etc., will appear as Online in BMG Technology Project Management although they are not online with BMG Technology Projects.
